Hey, My greyhound seems to choke alot or clear her throat alot even when she hasn't been eating. Anyone know if this is common or what?

as far as i know this is a common thing with greyhounds all the greyhounds at the kennels where i used to work did it all the time my greyhound does it to

Mine does it too. She looks like the Alien from the Alien movie. Her mouth opens slowly about 80 degrees, in slow motion without a sound. Then, "ACKKKK!". LOL

oh its totally normal, at my local greyhound kennels there is an 11 year old dog who does it, but he sounds more like a seal, bless him <3 love
