how do you find someone with their social security number?  I'm trying to locate a family member but I was told that it is againts the law to use someones social to search for them due to the law that was passed in 1999.

     i am searching for someone.all ihave is their last known name and maiden name.Elvira lucille Archuleta.Maiden name is bruno.She seams untraceable.Help!!!!!!!!!!

I am looking for my sister who I lost touch with 6 years ago and can not find her. I have her SSN. But with out money I am having a hard time finding her. This link helped me find a few friends I was looking for though.

I need a Social Security Number on Carl Wheaton at 1478 Kingsway Drive. I won a judgment in Small Claims Court 52-1 District court and the paper work states I need his Social Security Number
