I've been using AceProject for a while and I personally love this software. Once you've "understood" how to use it, it is wonderful. It has a simple-to-use interface, allows time tracking, offer printable Gantt charts (which can be generated in about 2 clicks), you can import/export data... All that for free if you run a small business (5 users max). They have no per user licenses, which is an annoying disadvantage with most PM software. You pay for a group of users, period.
