when writing your material, after reading it again and again i got bored of it, is that my subconcious telling me its not funny, or is it that i'm just getting bored of my own jokes

It means you don't trust yourself.  just use it.  You wont' crack anything out of it until someone at th show points out its shortcomings.  won't hurt to try it out.

If you ask me I think it's justthe fact that you have read it so many times.  Very few things in this world are funny after you've heard them a hundred times.  I get the feeling Jerry Seinfeld changed his whole act because he got bored with it and didn't think it was funny anymore.  I could be wrong, but I think it's just the fact that you've heard, or read the same joke so many times, not that it sucks.  Although I haven't heard it so I don't know if it's funny.
