I am on daily doses of Cortef for Addison's disease.....

I am on daily doses of Cortef for Addison's disease.. however, I also have RA and Lupus.   How and what blood tests are affected / influenced by Cortef and Predisone?

I take Cortef daily for Adrenal inefficency, however I also have adult growth hormone deficiency and hyperthyroidism.
Is there a blood test for for adrenal inefficiency?
