I have a 1994 Chrysler LHS.  The ride at low speeds (20-25mph)has started to roll up and down from side to side like a child's broken red flyer wagon. Dealers cannot find a solution.   Anyone else have this issue?

Better go to your local Goodyear store rather than a car dealership:  likely a separated steel radial.
