i been living in texas since 99 and im out of status ,but i would like to go back to guadeloupe french island to reunu my visa and passport .im affraid to go because im married to a us citizen and if i go i like to come back i dont known what is the penalities for that some people say that i mind not be able to come back to the u.s.a   my question is is that true what can i do?

Why don't you apply for a green card, since your spouse is USC? More info on that could be found at http://www.visacentral.net/getlegal.html
