Our Spitz just had pups and the past few days she has been scratching at the carpet and today she took one pup out and put it there.  Is there a problem with this pup?

I'm guessing she didn't agree with the place she had pups. When she digs a hole she is making a nest for her pups(she probably did this before pups too). If it was too noisy,etc where she had them first then she was probably trying to move it.
