how to put on contact lense

it is quite simple to put a contact lense in, if you are not scared to put it in. all you do is put it on your finger, then open your eye ball quite wide, put the contact on your eyeball and make it in the right position that you want it in that feels comfortable.

hi im gettin contact lenses in really worried cause the optishion puts it in for u people say if u can touch the white bit then u can put a contact in but if i touch the green bit it hurts is that not were the contact goes? luv mandie

All you have to do is put the contact on your point finger and use the opposite hand and open your lower eye lid and put the contact at the lower white part and close your eyes and look down while your eyes are closed for 5 seconds and the contact will find its way to the pupil.

It it quite easy to put in a contact lense, and you shouldn't be scared at all! Make sure you wash your hands first because you have to be very careful with your eyes! Second, take out your contact lense (I always find it easier to start with the right on, I don't know why) Put the contact on your index finger and hold your eye open with the middle finger. Look up & slide the contact in. Repeat with other eye. Hope I was helpful!
