I took a pregnancy test last night. The line in the not pregnant window showed up and then about 3 minutes later this very very thin light colored line appeared in the other window. It does not look like the other line, it's smaller/skinnier. What does this mean?

It's a definite possibility that you are pregnant.  I would take another reliable pregnancy test and go from there.  If you are still unsure, see a doctor asap.
