If I have a voracious cobra(first strike and when voracious cobra deals combat damage to a creature, destroy that creature) and a arcane teachings(enchanted creature gets +2+2 and has tap, deal 1 damage to target creature or opponent) and you play a scythe of the retched on it( equipped creature has +2+2 and whenever a creature is put into a graveyard this turn by equipped creature, put that creature into play under your control) if I had arcane teachings and scythe of the wretched on voracious cobra would i be able to tap, deal 1 damage to a creature and voracious cobra would kill it and it would go into play under my control?

No - Voracious Cobra's effect is triggered only on combat damage, whereas the ability from Arcane Teachings deals direct damage.
