I live in france and have acquired 12 rats they have lumps that look like round black furry ticks on their ears and noses I have tried to pull one off with a pair of tweezers it was not coming off and the rat didn't like it.they are hard to the touch and grow in size I am concerned please help.

Do you have a vet near you ?(yeah, if you live in France, like me, it might be hard to find one that will treat rats).  Anyway, try going to a vet near you and see what he/she can do to help.

I too have a question,My rat Ronnie has a lump on his hip ,it's underneath the skin and furr and does not seem to be harmfull so far, I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not because it might be a rat bite from his other male cage mate,but i can't be sure if it's a bite beacuse i don't know what rat bites on other rats look like.Please help.
