Do you know the wiring scheme of data splitting on RJ45...

Do you know the wiring scheme of data splitting on RJ45 connector, when you want to split 1 internet port/cable for 2 different computer? Both computer will connect to a hub. However, there is no more available port at the hub. Thank you.
