89 dodge van transmission stop working was not going bad fluid still red hit a pot hole and it stop pulling

When installing my deck it is not receiving any power, neither is any of the interior car. (door locks, lights, amplifier)what could be the problem? (checked all fuses and replaced blown ones.)

My daylight running lights will not go off. I can not find a switch or how to disconnect this feature other than undo the battery cable everytime I stop. Can anyone advise.

ihave a dodge 1990 a 3.0 when it gets wormd up and driving for 15 miles then stop at the trafice lights it go to low oil then when i go out of drive and parck up and the oil gage is still low and check gage is on
