I got my belly button pierced a week ago. I felt sick afterward for a while, like I kept almost passing out and then things were fine until 4-5 days later when it started getting pinker and hurting more, to me it makes sense that this should happen but I'm just making sure. I've taken good care of it and everything. Yesterday when I was cleaning it I had problems with almost passing out again though. I just want to make sure that this is normal. Also I know it takes a different healing time for everyone but I've heard everywhere from 4 weeks to a year. What is average? Tell me about your experiences.

I had my belly button pierced a week ago and it is fine no redness hurting or anything. Even if I touch it, it doesn't hurt. So I guess I just got lucky. I called the place where I got it done b/c I thought something was wrong b/c it didn't hurt and they told me it was normal and I may be one of those types of people that it heals with in a week. And I guess I was!! And it didn't hurt when I got mine done the only pain I felt was them actually putting the ring through after the needle! I've had my belly button pierced three times. The first time was two years ago, but since it was pierced through an old scar (from an operation) it never healed. I took it out after six months. The second and third times came along five days ago. I had been wanting it re-done because I've lost a lot of weight. Unfortunately I didn't want the bottom pierced so I got the upper right and left sides pierced (away from the old scar tissue). I didn't want just one because it would look stupid and I wanted it done at the same time so that I wouldn't end up spending the money for it. Well, the first side didn't really hurt. It's uncomfortable, but not unbearable. The right side hurt the most, I think because it went a little deeper. Anyway. It looks good, but I passed out because it was a little too much for my body to handle at once. All in all, if you want it done, go for it, just take really good care of it. Just don't get two at the same time! Helpful hint: Use bacitritin zinc ointment (near the antibiotic ointment) for the first seven days (it's pretty strong), wait about three weeks or so and repeat. It really helps. Don't use regular triple antibiotic ointment because it tries to heal you from the outside-in, NOt from the inside-outside out (which is what you need to do if you have a piercing).

Always ask to make sure if they use brand new needles and check to see if they wear gloves. Gloves are a MUST. It will be sore for about three-five days and it will sting if someone hits it, but it's like that with any piercing. Wash it twice a day with dial soap after you've washed your hands. DO NOT use rubbing alcohol and DO NOT play with it. The liquid stuff they give you after they pierce your ears is really good to put on your belly after it's been cleaned. DO NOT dry your piercing off (like after a shower or after it's been cleaned) with a towel or washcloth because they harbor germs. Use a paper towel or piece of toilet paper. I personally use q-tips. Anyway. I hope that helps.

hey Lindsay it doesn't hurt at all and i went to the tattoo factory in Easton and of coarse i ha dot get my mom to go with me and then they didn't even let me pick out my barbell. so after i filled out the paper work and signed my life away i went to the back room. Then he told me to sit down on the chair and then he rubbed my belly button with a alcohol pad and told me to stand up so i did and he marked my belly button with a dot of marker where he was going to pierce it then i looked at it in the mirror and then he mad me lay down and he put the little pressure clamps on and that like numbed it then he told me to take a deep breath and then exhale and he put the needle through when i exhaled and he let the needle in for like 2 mins and he put a curved barbell in. i recommend the barbell cause one time my mom got a ring and she got it caught on something and ripped it out so get the curved barbell. well Lindsay write back on this please thanks

hi peeps. i havn't been 2 fussed about gettin ma belly done but about a week ago i asked ma mum if i cud get it done and she said yea straight away.i woz well shocked coz she wont let me get ma ears done and im 13!!! on the 4th ov march 2004(3 days ago) i went and got it done.it didnt hurt 2 bad, it just felt really strange.at da mo i am cleanin it 2wice a day wiv soap and water and straight afta sprayin it wiv hazel nut afta care they gave me. it hasnt gone red yet and it all seems fine. before i got it done i woz wonderin wot it felt like so i thaught u lot mite b wonderin da same fing so this is wot they did: 1:i went into the shop that i had it done in wiv ma mum and dad and asked them if they had a space.they did so my mum sighned sum info 2 say that i am ova 12 and i have her permission 2:i chose wot belly bar i wnted and the free 1 i wanted.they gave me the cleanin stuff and told me to sit down and wait till the peircer is ready. 3:the peircer took me into the room and asked wot bar i wanted in. she put it in sum steralizin stuff and told me to stand up.usin ink and a matchstick she marked where she was going to peirce it.i looked in the mirror to c if i liked it. 4:she told me to lay down and showed me that she was openin a new needle and puttin clean gloves on. 5:using a metal scissor clamp she held up my skin and said 1,2,3 6:she put the needle through and then a plastic tube to put the bar through-she screwed the bar on and TAADDAA it was complete. if you would like any advice feel free to email me at: hey_ewe_wot_ewe_looking_at@hotmail.com by da way i had mine done at asgards in da bargate centre and it cost a)�33 wiv titanium bar or b)�38 wiv a special bar luv georgie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wouldnt recomend getting it done at the doctors.... reasons: 1. most doctors dont even aprove of piercing... 2. doctors dont have experience piercing! if you go to a good piercing parler, the pple have YEARS of training.... doctors usually dont know much of anything about piercings. and if anything goes wrong with your piercing, GO BACK TO THE PIERCER... they can give you advice. i'm getting my navel pierced on the side and i've done a TON of research... and as for the pain factor... for some people it barely hurts at all... and for others it hurts like HELL... my sister got hers done like 3 years ago... and hers hurt really bad... but the place that she got it done wasnt very good i dont think..... from all the stories i've read it seems that pple who get pierced at cleaner places with kind piercers that answer questions and all that stuff seem to say it hurts less... so make sure to find a really good place! ask them if everything is autoclaved (sterilized) and ask any questions you have... even if you're not sure if you're going to get it done, you might want to go to the piercer and ask questions. it might help you decide if you want it or not. happy piercing!

All right. I want to answer everyone's questions, so that's what i will do. First of all, if you're not 15-16, do not get your belly button pierced. DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF. That is the worst way to do it. I guarantee Tiffany's belly button will get infected because of lack of proper sterilization. Second, NINA, The white stuff coming out of the belly button are dead white blood cells. They are being replaced by new white blood cells. It is OK to see that, but you should always use 16 gauge if that's what you pierced with. FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT THE PAIN FACTOR: It's not that bad. Just do not look while the piercer is piercing it. Take a deep breath before he pierces it, and exhale AS he is piercing. That will prevent fainting, and distract you. Because it isn't cartilage, it won't burn for hours. It will sting for 5 or so minutes. And you will be able to take the sting. Just remember, you want this! It'll look gorgeous! DO NOT GET YOUR BB PIERCING FROM A DOCTOR. A piercer is REGISTERED and LICENSED. Make sure you go to a known, CLEAN company (like Yankee Tattoo for all you Northerners) and get a feel for the place. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE NERVOUS. It takes two minutes :) Good luck, and if you have more questions, IM ME (AIM) at triplecadiz.

hey i just got my belly button done today and it looks really cool. the only part that i accually felt was the needle going through and it stung a little but that was it. it hurts a lil worse than getting your ears done but hey, its worth it. Mine bled a little but thats it. The chick that did it told me to use bactine when i get outta tha shower (its this stuff you spray on it for infections) and thats it. and if you get yours done DO NOT PLAY WITH IT! and once it gets infected its hard to heal. and lydia, yes you can go swimming in it.just not in lakes or rivers, but you have to wait two months to do it so all you people wanting it done for summer, get it done now so you can swim! and its ok if it gets crusty and white stuff comes out. theyr white blood cells. and if you get yours done, make sure you see the person going to pierce your belly button washes their hands, wears gloves, and gets the needle n stuff out of a sealed package! and DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR POROXIDE ON IT TO CLEAN IT!!! well if anyone has any questions, you can IM me on yahoo at bryantchick2003 or email me at bryantangel1@wmconnect.com iaght? lata

i got my belly pierced 3 weeks ago .. ppO b sayin` not to use alcohol & triple antibacteria ointment .. but i use both of those & it hasn`t turned red or infected .. mine is alrdy healed. i changed my ring da day be4 yesterday & it started to hurt when i press on it. surgical steal barbells are da best ones to have. clean it twice a day and you`ll be fine. as long as you take good care of it .. theres no worries. if white stuff comes out .. thats just puss .. its normal. bumps are also normal .. its just a sign of healing. however .. EAT BE4 YOU GET IT DONE. you HAVE to eat beacause your stomach wont be able to handle it if its empty. i was told to eat when i got to the place .. i ate a few hours ago but only a little so when they did it .. i passed out for half and hour .. it stung afterwards but its all worth it

first of all... NEVER NEVER NEVER take out a piercing if it's infected... NEVER. trust me, i've done a TON of reserch... (btw, to those of you who are worried�go to bmezine.com there's a whole section just for navels... it's awesome!) now... for my question...... i had been planing to get my navel pierced on the side this friday the 7th.... but i just got my period yesterday�saturday the 1st. (i wasnt expecting my period for another couple of weeks. it MAY be done by friday, but my period has been known to last a full 7 days.... so.... i was wondering if this could complicate the piercing at all (more painful, more blood, or anything else)? i only get bad cramps at the begining of my period usually so i shouldnt have craps on friday.... please answer ASAP, as i need to know BEFORE friday. (obviously). i'll be 15 this june if you were wondering... and yes, i do have permission from my parents. Thanks!�erm

well i got my belly button peirced and when i was there i had 2 choose a bar with a kwl stone then they took me 2 get it dun! i thought it wud just b one of thoose things where u tlk/get disstracted, they do it, and you are told u can leave and don't even know it was dun, but it wasn't!! i was tlkin 2 my mum and the lady who was peircing it, she marked where she was gunna put da needle through and then told me 2 sit down. I paid an extra �3 to have it froozen so there wud not b so much pain,but it didn't make much of a difference! I felt the needle go through me and shouted sh*t!! after it was dun the lady and my mum were tlkin 2 me and comforting me and sayin the pain wud b gone in less than 5mins, but it wasn't!! i said tnx and was given a sheet about how 2 look afta it and i was told about cleanin, touching etc! i walked home wiv my mum, but she had 2 go 2 work so i put 1 of my fave c.ds on and txt people, no1 txt bk so i went 2 sleep caz i wasn't feelin 2 gd! then sum of my m8s txt bk :) and i woke up and felt a bit betta :) mum was bk and we just tlked! ( there was no blood and it wasn't red ) l8r i cleaned it wiv warm boiled water and salt, then sergical spirt ( i still do this and hav had it dun 4 a long time, but i dnt tend 2 use salt water anymore, just stick 2 sergial spirt )also i had 2 cover it up at night, but after 1 and a half weeks i stopped! occasionaly i had yellow/white puss cumin out of it, but i just put sergial sprit/salt water on it and it goes away! after about 3-4 weeks i felt ready 2 change the bar, but i waited a bit longer! it is now fine :) and i like it! but i still 2 dis day cant get ova da pain! lol! but dnt worry :):)

I got my navel pierced 2 days ago (may 19) i was really scared. I did not believe everyone when they said it didn't hurt that bad. I am really scared of needles. Well i went to the place and the piercer was a half an hour late. My friend went first she said it was not that bad. So it took my turn. It didn't hurt that much, and i think the only reason it hurt a little because he got stuck for about a half a second. I did not even feel him putting in the ring (thats all they pierced with, I wanted a barbell.) I ate some before i went because i did not want to pass out. But when i got up i was really light headed and i had to hold onto the wall walking back out. But I LOVE IT! So all you people out their who want go and have it done. Its a little sharp pain but nothing that you cant take. It doesn't even hurt now. Its not even red. So go have it done!! If anyone has any questions i can be emailed at aelwell_17@yahoo.com

i just got my belly button pierced lyk about 5 weeks ago at first it hurt to bend over and sit in a chair but after about a week it was ok. i can do backhandsprings and back tucks again with out any pain. i wash it twice a day but three times is probably better. i use dial liquid soap and after i rinse it off i use saline solution. after that i usually let it soak with bactine that is what the piercer told me. it is still kinda purple ish around the holes but it is suppose to be like that because it is a new hole in my body. it is my 15'th piercing and i am 13. i have 8 holes on one ear n 5 on the other i also have my nose pierced. belly button just felt like a pinch but now it really doesn't hurt at all. i was told to wait only like 3 months by the piercer guy until i can change it but im gonna wait maybe like an extra 2 weeks after three months has passed just incase. .... um yea how long is it gonna stay red? i just think it looks kinda ugly with the red ness but it don't hurt

I got my belly button pierced 2 days ago and it's really starting to hurt today. And for the people who said they almost passed out...I have a big fear of needles (I've passed out from them before) and I got mine done and didn't pass out from it. But afterwards, I was walking in a store about 15 minutes later and almost passed out on the floor...weird...I think it was just from thinking about it being in my belly button and it made me feel sick. I do have a question for anyone who can answer it...What is the best way to clean it? I use antibacterial soap and clean around it but I just hope I'm cleaning it well enough...any questions or answers for me EMAIL ME at Melliemel85@aol.com...thanx guys

im 14 and have been wanting my belly pierced for the longest time!!! finally last night my parents said i could get 1 for my 15th b-day witch is in like 2 months! but im really scared about it! im really scared of needles and i passed out when i got my ears pierced! 1 of my friends had to take her piercing out for putting in a fake ring and hers easily gets infected! my other friend plays with hers all the time and it never fases her! what if im not one of the lucky ones! i mean even somtimes now when i havent worn earings for a long time and i put them in i get dizzy and have to sit down! and alot of people r asking about swimming in lakes that seems like no matter how long u wait after u get your belly pierced u just shouldnt do because of all the germs and bactiria it can still get infected! but thats just my opinon! do u think its wise to get my belly pierced consittering my past record with piercings??? it would be really great if someone could help me out! my e-mail is sunfarie1990@yahoo.com thanks!

Hey, Evry1 this is bubbly I'm getting my navel pierced 2morrow I'm really excited and yet I'm a little nervous but I'm sorta not I heard that getting it pierced feels better than getting your cartilage pierced and if that's true then I gues it would'nt hurt cuz I pierced my own cartilage so... I just can't wait till tomorrow and who ever said to use dial soap is wrong I mean it's not bad but liquid soap is better and don't use alcohol it cleans it on top on the skin but the bacteria your trying to clean it actually traps it so don't use alcohol oh yea it can also dry out the skin. p.s. giv sum advice here I need to know by tomorrow March 30th plez help me out here just need to know if it hurts if you get it done w/ a hollow needle! Alchohal is the best for a piercing, 91% if you can get it. Use it 4 times a day. Also i'veheard that hanging a small weight from a belly piercing while you sleep is good. You should also wear as tight clothing as you can and let your boyfriend rubb againts it as hard as he can while you are dry humping in his buddies car. Oh yea... I almost forgot... Go in a freshly chlorined pool the next 2 days. Passing out for days or even weeks afterward is compleatly normal, as is using "stainless steel" like the kind that forks and spoons is made of, not "surgical steel" like a doctor would put into you after an accident. ive had 7 piercings in my life and i used to bang a professional piercer so i can answewr any of ur questions... ok?

For all those people curious about navel peircings, I have the answers. After doing A LOT of research about this i've come to accurate answers. 1)Get your navel pierced with surgical steel, surgical titanium or gold. DO NOT get sterling silver (silver has high reactivity and can cause infections or rejection. 2)All you people asking about do you have to lose weight to get your navel pierced, don't be so hard on yourself. The piercing doesn't depend on how skinny you are it depends on the shape of your belly button, If your navel has a lip(for top and or bottom) then you should be fine. If it doesn't then you can still get it done and have nothing happen to it, i've just researched that people whos belly buttons have a lip is most likely to stay in. 3)Make sure your piercing shop is clean, sterile and expierenced. 4)All you asking on cleaning tips. DON'T TOUCH IT, clean it 2 times a day with dial soap (why dial??) because it's antibacterial and has no fragrances that will irratate your piercing. use epsom salts or sea salt to clean your navel. 5) Swimming- No Lakes or ponds until after a year. Its ok to go swimming in pools -with chlorine. 6)Ring recomendation: Get it done with a 14 gauge(banana barbell) it's easy to move while cleaning plus it moves with your body. A Barbell is just a straight stick of metal with balls on each side. It's still fine to use (my friend got it done using this) and it seems fine. Don't get a ring when you first get it done, it's harder to heal and easy to get caught up in something. 7)PLEASE DON'T PIERCE IT YOURSELF: First of all your not experienced to do it, second you don't have the right equiptment (safety pins.. i mean come on now, like really), it's not sterile. Obviously if your parents don't want you to get it done because they think your immature then doing it yourself is just showing them how much more immature you are. 8)Pain varies in people so don't call someone a wuss if they say it killed. 9)The white liquid comming out of your piercing is called puss, white blood cells. It's normal but if your still concerned ask your piercer, it helps when you know the facts. 10) HAPPY PIERCING!!

I got my navel pierced 2 weeks ago, and its doin fine, I used dial antibacterial soap,and bactine the first week, but it dried my skin out too much. I contacted my piercer and they recommended dial with aloe, its a green soap,So now I've been using dial with aloe and bactine, and its doin Great. Don't overclean ur piercing, jus clean it with dial soap (antibacterial, or dial with aloe if u have dry skintwice a day and apply bactine with a q-tip around the holes after each time u clean it. Make sure that u wear loose fitting, and clean clothes. I recommend sleeping on ur back, and keep your hands off the piercing. Never turn ur piercing unless u are cleaning it(under running water) turning it dry can cause scarring ,polyps, and little cuts inside the piercing........any questions?, email me @ blasianmami@tmail.com, I can give the # to my piercers 24/7 hotline, he will answer any question that u night have(his name is Jim) ..............good luck!!!!

im gettin me belly pierced nxt week. im rele lookin 4ward 2 it, coz i kno wen i decide i want it no longer i can jst pop it owt, not lyk a tatoo, people say that it dnt hurt, n i dnt think it will. i av a feelin it will b lyk avin a canular put in u, n dat didnt hurt me dat much...even wen she did it rong n put it thro me muscle n it bled loads. ive had loadza blood tests n stuff, is it lyk dat? coz dey rele dnt hurt dat much. Apparently day clmap da skin, put a needle thro, den a tube den da belly bar. im nt sure how 2 clean it, bt im goin 2 da tatoo n piercin parlour on saturday 2 av a look bwt n c wat bely bars u can gt. prntly titanium is da best 2 use, bt im nt sure, n prntly u sldnt use steel till afta its healed. if ne1 has ne furtha info plz e-mail me on hottot92@hotmail.co.uk ta xx bex xx

hey yall i have had mine pierced for 3 week (today) and i had a red ring around the top for about 2 weeks and what i think that helped it was ....the person who did it said to stay out of the ocean and lake and pool (any dirty water) well i was leaving to go to florida to vist family in 2 days and seriously who can stay out of the ocean when its right there in front of you ....well what helped was the ocean and pool ...it did kinda make it red and sore the first coupld times i got in but after 5 days it was fine ....and mine now after 3 weeks has yellowish white puss coming out its just that the body is trying to fight a way a foregin object in your body..your body just needs some time to relize that its gonna stay in there like it or not ...but all i wanna know is when can i change it cause the redness is gone its just the puss stuff everyonce in a while? but if u wanna get it done go for it i also have my nose pierced and im only 15 and have a tattoo and i have yet to get an infection ... i have had my nose pierced for about 4 weeks and i have changed it with out any problems so if anyone has any questions about tattoos or nose or belly botton pierced just hit me up its pinkpantherkq@msn.com i really wanna hear form yall

Hey,This is 2 evryone im getting mine done tomarrow and Im excited and nervous I can barely type bacause these damn nails yea so... i was wondering if it hurts my cousin tiffany had hers done she said it didnt hurt look around on here and it will say tiffany and she peirced hers with a saftey pin and yea like right?so if it hurts i dont care im still getting it and im willing to take a risk? Heyyy guys i just got done talking to my mom about getting my belly button pierced i think shes going to say yes (YAY!!!)XD but i told her instead of getting it done in the summer i wanted to get it done in may (on my birthday) for 2 reasons 1.because my friends want to take me for my birthday and 2.i heard that you have to wait until it heals to go in the water, but then she said how are you supposed to shower so i went to the computer and found this website ive read the whole first page and i have many questions. 1. What is the best metal to have in your belly button. 2. i am allergic to fake jewlery, like if its not real gold or real silver i will get a rash (will that increase the risk of infection even if i get real jewlery?) 3. What should i use to clean it after i get it done? 4. is it really true that i cannot go in the water if it is then how am i supposed to shower? 5.Im thinking about getting the top done does THAT increase the risk of infection? 6.God forbid if it rips out...will it heal? 7.i heard if you get a belly button ring and when your older and are giving birth if something goes wrong where the baby gets stuck instead of just cutting the middle of the stomach they have to cut the whole stomach...is that true? 8.what are the chances that i will catch a serious infection like herpies,stds,hiv or hpv? 9. if i do get an infection will it deffenitly be a serious problem or are there minor infections too? ...those are all my questions i am VERY curious. I got my navel pierced yesterday. For a while I was skeptical about getting It done, I knew I would end up doing it, but what bothered me was knowing that It might hurt alot.I had heard alot of false inferences about how much it hurt, and it might get infected. When I got to the place, I was really nervous; I lyed down on the medical bench and he prepared his utensils. As he was doing so, I couldn't help myself but ask questions like If he we're to numb it, he said no. Before I knew It, the ring was in. It didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought It would ; so don't listen to people If it hurts... they are just trying to sound tough. worth getting done?,, yes! As long as you take care of it as the person tells you to, then you will have no problems.Don't worry about it, getting pinched hurts more then the belly pierce! The people that end up getting It infected are the lazy asses who don't clean it 3-4 times a day with Tea Tree oil, and have moisture in contact with the new piercing, when not drying off completely when showering. so CHILL, don't worry about It and give It a try.

i had mine done yesterday. after..i felt dizzy. the guy sed it was cos u lose sugar or something. n e ways, its perfectly normal. it normally takes 3-5 months to heal nearly 100%, but the bottom piercing takes longer. Mine is still aching and its bruised and very red. it aches, did anyone else get this?

i got mine belly button pierced 3 days ago my friend also did it but 3 months early, her darkened her skin alot, will this happen to me beacause i put in a surgical steel barbell rite when it was done?

i got mine pierced about 3 weeks ago but nothing is really wrong with it but the best metal to use is surgical steel

I got mine done 2 weeks ago and mine is only red between the two holes. The best metal is actually stainless steel because surgical steel can cause infection if left in for more than a month. I've had lots of friends and seen lots of pictures of people this has happened to.

im going to get my belly button pierced in the next couple of weeks, but i just want to make sure i want to do this. is there anything that i need to know? does it hurt really bad? i dont do well with needles so im a little nervous.

hiya, i got mine pierced today! it hurst alittle bit, like when they put the needle through and when he put the bar through, but only for a few seconds, its doesnt hurst at all anymore, and it didnt bleed what so ever! i thin if you want it done you should go for it, any questions you have just ask the person who's piercing it they will be happy to help u! No it doesn't hurt, if you can take the pain of getting your ears pierced, then you can take getting your belly button pierced. At least thats what it felt like to me is just getting your ears pierced.

Hey yall! I got my belly button pierced 2 weeks ago and it does not hurt a bit all it is is a lil sting. For everyone it's different though. I would advise using sea salt w/ warm water. hey!! i just got mine done yesterday!! it bled like so much is that normal? all my other friends didnt bleed.........oh well!! yeh well mine looks way better than thiers mine isnt red or anything like thiers........i love it, i got my birthstone (pink) hehehe i am so happy!! it didnt hurt at all nothing compared to my cartilage.....oh gosh no!

i got my belly pierced January 2nd and now its all like crusty, red and swollen. a few times a day a yellowish, whitish puss comes out of it. can some one tell me if there's a way to get rid of it? thank you in advance

i pierced mine on the top like 2 days ago its red on the top and dark purple imediatly around the needle you can barely see it it duznt hurt to touch but the muscle and skin directly under it feels bruised oh well

Whoever said use peroxide... you are completely wrong. That is the worst thing you can do for your piercing! Just wash with dial soap twice a day and leave it alone. I have mind done and things are fine. :) thanks email me at HOLINICK@aol.com with any questions!

Hey I just got my belly button repierced4 days ago... i got it done 3-4 weeks b4 that but it was crooked so i took it out 6 days later and waited almost 3 weeks for it to be repierced. it takes up to 8 months to FULLY heal but u can usually change it between 2-3 months. My friend changed hers a week and a half later tho lol and it turned out perfect... i dunno bout that passing out thing but i wouldnt worry bout it if i were u...maybe u just have low blood sugar?

I got mine pierced the 23 December 2003 , it didn't hurt one bit , and now its the 11th of March 2004 , its a little bit red but seriously its great , it will be healed on the 23 of April, i cant wait cause I've got lots of belly bars to put in... if u are 2 scared to get it done (like i was 2 scared) go to a doctor and get it done , cause they numb it , and it heals much better then when the tattoo people do it.. so if your game , go for it!!!! its worth it in the end... love Megan

No, it dosnt make it harder to do , ive pierced mine by my self before , and now ive go it for real... for u people like Becca , i think u should get it done by a doctor , its way better and atleast then u will know nothing will happen to it , and it wont hurt coz they will numb it...
