You will need a compass, level, and socket wrench. First, enter your zip code to find your azmith and elevation. In your case you reported 189 degrees south and 51 degrees for you elevation. Locate the direction the dish will be pointing using your compass. Make sure your compass is level and away from any dish, as the dish will cause a false reading if too close. Any trees or obstructions between your dish and the sky will affect your signal strength. After locating the perfect locaton secure mount using your level. Dish mount or pole must be level. If using mount supplied with dish , level bottom bracket as you secure it to wall, roof, eve, etc. Raise the arm that the dish sits on and level.
Now your ready to check your dish for proper alignment. Make sure your elevation is set to 51 degrees or the elevation that corresponds to your location. connect cable to receiver and enter the point dish menu. Slowly move dish east or west noteing the signal strength meter on the bottom of the  menue screen. When the highest signal strength is achieved tigten dish screws and mark setting with a marker in the event you need to align it again.
