Try the American Kennel Club (internet) for starters.Don't neglect the local Humane Society - you might just be surprised.I found my beautiful and wonderful Black Lab there last month. : ) Chihuahuas are great little dogs. They enjoy the company of their owner, are intelligent and are great alert-dogs. Because they are smaller than most things in this world, they take a cautious view of anything larger than them moving about them, and can demonstate self-preservation defensiveness, which appears to be aggression.But they prefer flight than fight, so after putting up a fuss they retreat to safety.My daughters, ages 15 and 17, are on their second chihuahua !

hi im 16 years of age and would like to get a chihuahua.Ive been doing alot of research on them and found everything i need to know about them and i am positive a chihuahua is the best breed for me.Where can i find a good breeder near me??I live in Brooklyn NY.I WOULD LIKE TO GET A MALE APPLE HEAD CHIHUAHUA (UNDESIDED COLOR) HELP!!!!!!!!

chihuahuas are not really a good breed bark and shiver you shouldnt get one you can never go on vacation bc were will your dog there nasty and they are vicious

Missy is my chihuahua and she's a good dog and very nice and behaved and very loving I recommend you to get one

that is so far from truth!! i have two chihuahuas that travel with me everywere and they stay at hotels w/out any problem!! they'll bark if you allow them too! is like children, they'll do what you let them do!

Hiya im 12 and i really want a chihuahua! but i dont fink im eva gonna be aloud one! but chihuahua'sare not horrible - they r cute and are cuddly. so what if u cant go on holiday. a dogs for life ,a holiday isnt. and u cant cuddel ur holiday and take ur holiday for walks! so I LOVE CHIHUAHUA's!!!!

I have a chihuahua that is being bred right now. I can send you photos when she has the pups. I can have him/her put on a plane for you if you are really serious. Of course I will need your parents permission! I have a temporary email honeybee1@houston.rr.com

thats not true ...i have a chihuahua and she is very sweet! it all depends on how u raise them! whatever u do don't hit them if they poo and pee on the floor jus' be gentle with it! that will turn them vicious, they're also very spoiled...need LOTS of attention!... Good Luck!

Hi, Chihuahua's are great pets i raised my grandmas for 3 weeks and it was a blast! I am also getting one soon! They are great dogs! They only shiver when cold or scared...to find a breeder look in your newspaper under dog adds and if there are none there try searching the web!! hope this helps!

Chihuahua's are not vicious unless you do not socialize them which is the same with any breed. I am the proud owner of 3 and would not change that for the world. It is a big responsability as with any pet but they travel easy and are easy to care for as long as you get from a reputable breeder.

They bark all the time, they are horrible with strangers(and people who aren't there like twice a week), and they're really easy to step on.

Don't listen to mad chi's are very considerable breeds to get and they are very friendly to people,they love to be loved by anyone.If you do get a dog that is the breed you should consider. thank-you

not really true chihuahuas are very loving dogs and they only bark because there scared but there are ways you can train the dog so that it will stop I'm working on my own right now there a joy to have and i love mine. but since i live in Virginia i cant really tell you were to get a dog because i bought mine here for $2,000 dollars

First of all chihuahuas are not loud and nasty. I have a 6 month old chi and hes the sweetest thing i also have 4 kids ranging from 1-12 and he loves them to death.People always say that chi are not recomended for kids well heres proof that they are great with kids my dog ways 2pounds 6 ounces and my children are great with him.People give these dogs nasty reputations and its not right because its not the dog its the person that trains the dog that makes them who they are.
