I have a Chrysler Seabring Convertible '97. I keep blowing...

I have a Chrysler Seabring Convertible '97. I keep blowing the starter fuse every time I try to start my car. I bought a starter relay, but I'm not sure where it goes.  It doesn't fit under the hood in the fuse box.

my question is my car will crank but will not start,there is no spark going to the coil is there a hidden relay that I don;t know about,
I already replaced the computer the spark ;\;
plugs,the

I beleive your starter realay is right next to your fusebox its a black box on the right hand side of your fuse box it should be right in their.
