I have the same problem with my 95 intrepid and I have had everything replaced from the fuses to the flashers and even the multi function switch, it seems to be in the wiring. I spoke to a guy at the dealer who had the same problem with his and he ended up selling it.  It seems the problem cannot be fixed.  Anyone with any suggestions?
