Hi My OPT just expired, and it is too late to process the...

Hi My OPT just expired, and it is too late to process
the H1-B-visa or J1 visa???? in order  to extend the length of stay.
If I found the sponsor ofter my OPT is expired is it still too late to do anything???

yeah it is too late. What you now need to do is go to your home country and apply for the H-1 from there. There is nothing much to worry about. Although there is some level of risk.
