I have rosacea and when it flares up it travels down my neck and part of my chest

I HAVE ROSACEA IN THE CHEST ARMPITS AND THE GENITAL AREA I HAVE SURGERY IN THE ARMPITS RIGTH SIDE AFTER 6 MONTHS COME BACK HELP

Would like to know if anyone has gotten rosecea on the lips. I have it on my eyes, but whenever it flares up, my lips become sore and chapped.
