first of all are you crate training him?  you should have him in a room by him self, i cover the front of the crate with a towel so my pup can't see any activity.  if your pup wakes up so early i would just ignore it and it will eventually quite down when it realizes that no one is coming to get it.  they are VERY smart, they catch on very easily especially if you give in to them.  my pup sleeps all night and doesn't make a sound until she hears activity in the house.
even if its till 10am. now potty training is another matter.........

Thats easy my dog does the same. You just keep your pup up for a long time and feed him and take him out after. If that doesn't work you run with him/her for a long timee and get them tired so they will want to nap. If you leave the puppy in the cage all day this might help him shake off the sleepiness.

MY PUPPY DID THE SAME THING SHE GOT OVER IT ,I HAD HER IN A CRATE TOO BUT SHE STILL WOKE UP EARLY TILL I WAS SO TIRED I DIDN'T GET UP TO GET HER SHE EVENTUALLY STARTED TO SLEEP TILL 7:30 I'M GLAD ABOUT THAT. SO JUST BE PATIENT , TRY THE TOWEL OVER THE CRATE. IT WORKED FOR ME.

1.  Don't feed the pup too late the night before.
2.  A 10 week old pup is very young.  It will have to go out to relieve itself during the night.  Ignoring it is not right.
3.  Make sure it gets lots of play time during the day.

Just like a human a baby, a puppy will wake many time in the night.  10 weeks is very young- most reputable breeders will not let a pup go until 12 weeks.
