i want to retrive .cpp file from its executable .exe file, how can i do this?

You can't.  The most you might be able to
retrieve is the symbol table (list of
variables, procedure names, etc.)  You
won't even be able to get the symbol table
if the executable is "stripped".

Having said that, it MAY be possible to reverse-engineer the executable.  You need a
disassembler and a deep knowledge of how
your compiler code generator works.  It's
also extremely difficult to reverse-engineer
code that was generated by an optimizing
compiler.
