I am having a problem writing an IF function with multiple scenarios.  If one cell equals, Sr or Jr, and the amount is within three different parameters, then calculate the amount using the percentage from the Sr or Jr table.  It is a commission schedule that say if you are a Sr sales rep or Jr sales rep and you sell between 0 and 1,000,000 you get 0%.  If you sell 1,000,001 and 5,000,000 you get 1.5%, and anything over 5,000,000 you get 2.5%.  The Jr table is the same with different threshholds. Someone please help me.
