i think ur name is suposed to be welshman. ur probably wales' star rugby player if u r asking wat the main principle in rugby is. the main principle in any game is to win. to win in rugby u haf to score trys (or in an englishmans case give the ball to johnny). the only way to score trys is to have possesion and go foreward. Cleo pretty much summed it up. i just decided to rip a couple of ppl while i was at it.

Cleo, your talking rubbish! Why send that in when you don't have a clue!

In Rugby Union, the Principles of play would be:
- Creating PRESSURE
- Offering SUPPORT
- Maintaining POSSESSION
- PENETRATION
- Using SPACE

Also, you go Forward, not Foreword! lol.
