Brandy,
My dog had puppies and she had that liquid come out.I think that just comes out whenever a dog has pups. It`s normal to any dog.

i took my dog outside in the front yard to play then she ran off into somebody backyard and then went threw a hole in the gate and ran down the alley way and went up to a male dog and the male dog squeezed through the gate so i ran and left my dog back there because i through the dog was going to bite me so i ran to the other side of the alley way and called her name then she came running to me. the next day i look at her private part and it look swollen. the next day the tip of it was bleeding is she pragnet or what write back at me at: darnell2nice@yahoo.com

we just went to the vet today because my dachshund is pregnant and they said if there is black or green stuff coming out than there is a good chance that there is a dead puppy inside of her so there might be a dead puppy inside your dog! i suggest taking her to the vet, it could be serious! the liquid coming out is supossed to be clear or a milky color.

Darnell,
Its perfectly normal for a dog to be bleeding out of her private spot. When a dog bleeds out of her private spot it means that shes in heat. Its like a period for a dog. When a dog has a swollen private spot it also means the shes in heat. When shes got those symptoms that means that if u don't want puppies , then keep her away from boy dogs!
