I BOUGHT A MEAT CUTTER AND IS A 3 FACE MOTOR AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CONVERT 3 FACE TO 2 FACE?

you will need to purchase a phase converter
and wire it into existing single phase panel
then back out of it to your three phase equipment.
