The average is 10-13 years but these averages are easily extended with love, exercise and care. I wouldn't be surprised if you got 14-15 years out of your dog.

A Golden Retriever lives about 13 years we have a Golden Retriever that is 8 years old she is a sweet and Lloving dog and still acts like a puppy.

My dog was 14 when she passed away in march 2006 it was very heartbreaking Ithink an average would be 10-12 years but if its healthy with love and care probually 13-15 years

You know, i love them, its just that ive never had one before.So i feel heartbroken without a friend.I love pugs, Dalmatians, golden retrievers, but best of all, saint Bernard's.
