I am retired Navy----where can I find out if there are flights for my wife and self to Puerto Rico.....not till June 2004?  thank you.

sorry mate, but puerto rico is no longer on the list of military bases, they gave it to the pureto ricans.

Where can i find out about starting a small business and what kinda help i can get from uncle sam as being a retired sailor

I want to know is there anyway to Stop my x wife from getting part of my retirement? If I can not the amount that is disposable pay is 392.30. The rest is not subject to taxes. And we were married for a total of 85 1/2 months while I was on active duty. Can anybody help me?
