Some software companies are creating programs that have email recovery built-in as a major feature.  We have all accidentally important email at one time or another, and the companies out there are finally learning how to keep up with all the mistakes we make!  However, at this time I know of no way to retrieve email you have deleted without the use of one of these programs unless your computer has, as Gateway has, a program like "GO-BACK" which reverts your hard drive to a previous time and even date.  Anything you deleted or corrected will be back on your hard drive after reverting all your files.  A disadvantage to this is that any new data you've added will be gone, because your computer sees nothing after the date you "go back" to.  Therefore, you could print copies of your work, or back-up your system before running this type of program.  Good luck!
