1991 Dodge Caravan 3.0
After changing timing belt, engine starts but stumbles on idle and falls off as rpm rises.
Loses vacuum at higher rpm (brake pedal gets hard).
It is barely drivable.
Checked: fuel pressure, map sensor, temp sensor, electronic control module, distributor, compression, exhaust, plugs, air-box.

check to see if the timing marks are lined up. it could also have a burned valve or a bad throttle positioning sensor.

Vincent, why did you change your timing belt?
If it was because it broke, you damaged your valves.

If it broke while you were driving, you most likely bent valves or even worse. It would probably be just about the same price to get another.
