I have a Chihuahua and he's three years old.  He's not very smart I've tried house training but he just does what he wants to.  My question is if I leave my Samoyed with him a lot with he pick up his bad habits also?

No dog is dumb. Some dogs just take more time to train than others. Usually the problem is not the dog but the owner. Just be patient.
It is very possible your dog will pick up the others' bad habits. My dogs learn alot from each other. The up side is they learn each others good habits too.
