I can answer for fenugreek, black walnut, and chickweed.  Bladderwrack I am not familiar with.  None of these three are real stimulants, and all are considered as safe as turnip greens or tomatoes.

Remember that in order to take care of constipation, you generally need two things--a stimulant and a good fiber source.

Fenugreek is not used for constipation.   It is generally used for the respiratory system almost as an "expectorant" to relieve excess mucus.  Chickweed is a decent fiber source, used for absorbing cholesterol, toxins, and fat molecules.  Black walnut might be considered by some to be a stimulant--but is probably used more for children than adults for that purpose.  It has excellent anti-parasite properties.

Cascara sagrada is a strong stimulant for the colon, but is considered safe for almost all people.  Of course, lots of water should be consumed, and if any bad signs crop up, stop immediately.
