Q.21.
     THE COLOUR OF PLUG WIRE ARE RED, BLACK & GREEN.
     RED INDICATES PHASE WIRE
     BLACK INDICATES NEUTRAL WIRE
     GREEN INDICATES EARTH WIRE.

     VOLTAGE BETWEEN PHASE & NEUTRAL IS 230V
     PHASE EARTH IS 231V(AS EARTH CONDUCTIVITY)
     NEUTRAL AND EARTH IS 1.92V
