usually within the first 3 days of life. i hope you don't plan on doing it yourself.
if you are... atleast do more reasearch into it first.

with in 3-5 days after they have been born adn if you are going to do it your self you shpouldnt cause they can bleed to death so you need to take them to the doc.

As soon as you can. You don't want to wait around. At least the first month of it's life.

dont do it at all. its cruel to the poor things. how would u like it if your tail was cut off? im sure if ur dog had a say in it they definetly would say no
