  I have tried unsuccessfully many times
   now to download the e-trust anti virus
   program,which is fully paid for
   without success - it keeps showing
   'error 404 not found June 10 2003'
   downloading is just not possible

YES DOWNLOADING A PAID ACCOUNT IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE, FOR THE TIME I SPENT ON THE COMPUTER TRYING TO DOWNLOAD MY PAID ACCOUNT I COULD HAVE HIRED A SPECIALIST
