Because our judicial system is all about money. It's called kiddnapping and extorsion.

Because it is Guilty until proving Innocent.I know this from experience.

I don't like it one bit and i know from experience just because this is my fourth time to jail and I am only eighteen years old I started going when I was sixteen and believe me you don't want to ever go there so whatever you do please stay out of trouble

I think it should depend on what the crime is and if it is a bad crime hten yes because if they are guilty then we do not need these people on the streets and that can keep commiting this crime.
