Any Green Card holder looses all rights and priviliges after 6 months and one day outside of the United States (and it's territories). Period. No if's and's or but's.

I got an immigration visa and need to enter the States by July 2006. Is it possible to stay there for one month and then leave for few months or I need to wait when I get a green card and if yes, when will I get the green card?

how long can a green card holder stay out of US. In the year 2006, I left the country on 24th july and came back on 24th october. Again i left on 27th december. So i was wondering when should I come back now. please email to me @ shahkarnav@hotmail.com
