Hi i'm a soon-to-be father who's found out that my wife carries the hemophilia gene. My wife has had a test to find out the gender of the baby but doesn't want to know the results. What are my legal rights for viewing these results?

Why would you not want to respect your wife's wishes of not finding out what the gender is. Does it really matter? Or is it the results of the babies genetic make-up that your after?

There is nothing wrong with wanting to know the gender of the baby..!! Consult an attorney.  The initial consultation is usually free.  Why not just call her OB and ask?  Some doctors keep it on record, and some don't.  Ask.  If there is no record of it, then sorry buddy, you're out of luck.
