I recently went to Italy and drank the local wines.  I had about 3 glasses a night and I was never tired and did not wake up with a headache.  In the US (New York) I can barely drink one glass without getting tired and waking up with a headach.  Do you think it's the sulphites?  If not, do you have any input.

The difference was you were in I T A L Y! How could anyone wake up with a headache in such a beautiful place?
