What is UV light?

I think that it is composed of ordinary photons, but has a high frequency.

UV stands for ultraviolet light. It is just above the frequency that that the human eye can see. IR is infrared, and it is just below the visible spectrum. The rainbow of light can be remembered by the mnemonic ROYGBIV- red orange yellow green blue indigo and violet.

ultra violet light is a light which rays can be helpful, but get to much of it you will have sun burn

They are right UV does stand for ultra violent light but they did not tell you that they are the rays that the human eye can't see they harm your body when you don't know it I wish i could tell you more but I have to run now.

ultra violet light is a light used by dentists to harden fillings, and is also used for tanning.
