Well for hard disk bad sector removal there are two ways of removing it. 1. Try to put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour cover it with paper. Freeing the hard disk helps it stabilize the air  inside the air tight disk. 2. Try to zero fill your hard disk then follow it up with a low level format software.

hello dear sir,
   most respectfully i beg to say that i am a student of class 10th and i am also an engineer of hardware and i know how to remove the bad sector block but some people say that it removes the bad sector with the space block...i shall be thankfull if u send me the fully bad sector removing software not removing the space block......

Disk Repair is logical bad sector removal and repair software that removes the logical bad sectors and repairs "track 0 bad disks". Bad sectors are a major problem in hard disks, which are found to be mainly logical in nature. Computer companies usually have to replace the hard disk. Most often bad sectors spread and corrupt Track 0 of the disk due to which it doesn't get formatted, O/S doesn't get installed or copying data gives error.
Logical bad sectors are irregularities on the magnetic media formed due to extensive read write operations, sudden voltage surges, certain viruses, corruption's in boot records etc. Disk Repair is a hard disc recovery utility that repairs the logically formed bad sectors on the hard disk or floppies. Disk Repair realigns the magnetic orientation to make each byte read and write able and hence perform the easy hard disc recovery. The software is simple to use and is helpful in many instances of disk problems

hello to all,

      try hdd regenerator software it is good software for removing bad sector not only for blocking it restores the data and bad sector. i am using this software and i recovered more than 4 hard disk. Another important thing is this software take less time to scan our harddisk surface.

I am facing problem with a Samsung 40 GB 7200 rpm hard Hard Disk. It shows too many bad sector in drive C. Hard Disk was partitioned by DOS in 5 Drive. Operating System C: WIN and G: WINXP

Solution:-
If you are using Seagate HDD then a utility called DM is coming along with CD and it help you to keep out of HDD problems...IF it doesn't work then mail me to following address...

Bad Sector is Major Fault in the Hard Disk and it can not be repaired but there is solution for it.

1- Format your Hard Disk
2- Run the Surface Scan Disk
3- Note the Bad Sector Area
4- Partition the Hard Disk to Many Partitions
5- Note in which Partition is the Bad Sector.
6- Ignore the Partition which containing the Bad Sector and use the other Partitions.

Hi guyz i dont know y u misguide others. There r just a few ppl in this group who really tried to solve their problems. All u guyz with bad sectors in ur hard drives. if u hva few logical bad sectors just do it with windows scandisk in dos mode(more stable).2nd if u hav so many bad sectors spread over different partions , do wat im gonna do with my second  40 gb seagate HD
Simply download Disc wizard from segate website http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/drivers/discwiz.html
And do a low level format than ill partition my disk using DM .

I have no experience about Hard Disk bad sectors removing, but some problems will be solved by using this softwares:

1. HDD generator
2. DM2000 (Disk Manager)
3. Harddisk Wizard
4. HDTest

Zero fil is a useful option to a bad harddisk. Then use DM2000 and use it's advance feature and format Hard Disk with which Operating system you use for example Win-98, Windows NT, WindowsXP etc then Lowlevel format Hard Disk by DM2000.

If you get to know that your hard disk has been affected by bad sectors (BAD Clusters)then follow the steps carefully.::

Click Start >
Click Run >
Type - "chkdsk d: /f"

In above method my affected disk is D: Drive. So I used the chkdsk to the D: Drive.
Try this and let me know your feedbacks to fahadhnazir@gmail.com

Disk Repair is logical bad sector removal and repair software that removes the logical bad sectors and repairs "track 0 bad disks". Bad sectors are a major problem in hard disks, which are found to be mainly logical in nature. Computer companies usually have to replace the hard disk. Most often bad sectors spread and corrupt Track 0 of the disk due to which it doesn't get formatted, O/S doesn't get installed or copying data gives error

hi, i am a computer engineer. My comments for hdd bad sector recovery is to change it.
If some one like me can't do it then he should have to try dm software of llf1 software to remove bad sectors.

Hi to all of you there
Dear bad sectors used to be of two types:
1- Physical Bad sector
2- Logical Bad Sector

Physical bad sectors can't be removed but some says "some kind of liquidation/lubrication can recover bad sectors". while as we talk about "logical bad sectors" they're basically due to logical errors in writing data causes that sector to be reported as "bad sector" but its logical bad sector.
In above discussion "Summit" suggest quite right ,You must use any "Disk Manager" for seagate/Fajistu/Maxtor/Samsung or depending upon your hard drive.
Either It'll format the whole with Zero filling or perform "Low Level Format" to recover "logical bad sectors".
There's a software by name "Hdd Regenerator", it also recovers bad sectors introduced on your hard drive.

To recover the Bed Sectors not possible. However  You can come across with many people who can give you some possible solutions but all those will be vain.

hi to all,

it's the main problem to remove bad sectors, but by the Disk Manager tool(DM), u can rectify it. first zero fill the HDD and then ow level format, but don't do this often.

run scan disk and disk checker. They will move the data that is recoverable and remove the bad sector from the MBR (rendered unusable to the rest of the computer until a low level format is done)

  I am facing problem with a Samsung 40 GB 7200 rpm hard Hard Disk. It shows too many bad sector in drive C. Hard Disk was partitioned by Win-xp in 3 Drive. Operating System d: WIN and G: WINXP
