What are the graphics command instruction in Assembly languages?

I think Graphics Command Instructions in Assembly language are the instructions for various color displays...
These instructions may also produce colorful pages to view the results...
In short, It does similar actions as those graphics instructions in languages like C,JAVA, etc...
