my question is that if b1/b2 visa has been expire but you can go back to your country to apply for new one because you are having so kind of problem. however you have attend school in the America. you also want to go the college but you don't have f1 visa so that you could get international help. if is alright to apply for student visa in order to attend college?

No it isn't alright to apply for a student visa. Unless you have a good reason why you over stayed your time in  America and send it to national homeland security. If you want to know more...talk to the person in charge of international students at any college and hear what they say. Good question

FIND OUT IF THE COLLEGE NEAR YOU ACCEPT STUDENTS WITH B1, B2 VISA...BECAUSE SOME COLLEGES ACCEPT STUDENTS WITH THESE TYPES OF VISA
