I have some cabling work done with CAT5 cable D-Link make. I'm shifting the premises to a new building wherein I planned to use E-CAT5 cable. Can i use CAT5 and E-CAT5 cable both in a single network? If yes then does it impact on the network performance?

If you are running a 10/100 network you should have no problems using Cat5e with Cat5.
Cat5e is the better cable and ideally the whole network would be on it. Along with Cat5e modules and patch panels.
If your after performance what about Cat6?
Hope this is of help.
