95 plymouth neon 2.0 S.O.C. has no spark! When the car ran...

95 plymouth neon 2.0 S.O.C. has no spark! When the car ran if you would move the plug wires on the coil it would run rough or die out. but if the wires were placed in the right position on the coil, the engine would run smooth. I tested for spark with good wire and plug but no spark.And i cannot hear the fuel pump click on when the key is switched on.can the fuel relay be bad? would it cause no spark? Can i get a diagram of where it is located? or more advice.
