Questions:
1. For developing mail server on Linux, which language is most preferable at server side?
2. For client side programming, whether JavaMail API is enough?
3. For developing mail server on Linux, which database is preferrable?
4. As we are going to develop mail server, whether we have to purchase SMTP, POP3 servers  from ISPs?
5. How the mails are send in LAN using Outlook Express, that is, whether it uses SMTP services?
