I have 2000 Ford windstar. Sometime O/D light start flashing...

I have 2000 Ford windstar. Sometime O/D light start flashing and the transmission jerk very lightly. Transmission shifting seems to me ok. Vehicle speed sensor and Throttle position sensor already been replaced. What is next? anyone has any idea.
