I have a 99 Chrysler 300m. The air conditioning stopped...

I have a 99 Chrysler 300m. The air conditioning stopped working. The compressor clutch does not energize. I checked the voltage at the clutch and there isn't any. I also swapped the relay with the wiper relay. I also tried to charge but it won't take any.Could it be the low pressure sensor or does anyone have any other ideas or checks that I can do??  Thanks
