Will died from the last episode of season 2. Sydney's mother escaped from the same epsiode.

dude. will is alive. when vaughn first got to sidney in ep. 1 of season 3, he told her Will was fine.

Dude, Irina is alive, and she obviously cares about Syd (Jack-"Our daughter is alive." Irina- "My God. Where is she?") because Jack talked to her a couple eps back.
